Our enquiry and audit forms collect your name, business email, business name, selected service, target market, website or social profile where requested, and your message. You may optionally provide a mobile number and your country. Campaign labels in the form page URL may be saved with the enquiry so we can understand its source. Do not place personal information in campaign URL labels. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers or confidential customer records through these forms.
We use enquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, assess project fit and prepare a proposal where appropriate. These uses support responding to a request you initiate and taking steps towards an engagement. We use proportionate security and rate-limiting measures to protect the forms. A separate optional checkbox lets you request service updates and offers by email and, if you provide a number, phone or WhatsApp. We record that choice, its timestamp and the wording you accepted with the private enquiry. It is not required to submit a request. To withdraw permission, reply to a marketing message or email info@keariglobal.com; withdrawal requests must be applied before further marketing. Cookie choices and enquiry-response permission are separate from this marketing choice.
Enquiries are stored in the website administration system and routed to the designated business email inbox. Website hosting, email and maintenance providers process information as required to operate those services. Any additional project tools or specialist access are agreed in the engagement scope. We do not sell enquiry information.
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond, assess a potential engagement or maintain an active business relationship. Retention is reviewed against that purpose and any applicable record-keeping requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion, object to relevant processing or withdraw any optional consent by contacting info@keariglobal.com. We may need to verify a request and retain information where there is a valid reason to do so.

We can receive enquiries from different countries. Hosting, email and project providers may process information in countries other than your own; relevant provider and transfer arrangements should be confirmed before personal client data is placed in a project system. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority for your location.
