Service Terms

A clear agreement before delivery

These principles explain how we intend to structure engagements. The accepted proposal or signed agreement defines the binding commercial scope, fees and responsibilities. Last updated: 24 October 2026.

Scope and dependencies

The proposal identifies deliverables, review rounds, required inputs and the client’s point of contact. Material changes, additional platforms or new deliverables are agreed separately. Client delays and unavailable third-party access may affect delivery dates.

Fees and external costs

Payment stages, currency and any applicable taxes are stated in the proposal or invoice. Advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, licensed assets and specialist production are included only when explicitly stated. No payment is collected through this website’s enquiry forms.

Review and handover

The engagement should define review points, acceptance criteria and what source files, documentation or access will be handed over. Ownership and usage rights, including third-party licences, are stated in the agreement.

Confidentiality and access

Only the access and materials needed for the agreed work should be provided, using suitable channels. Data handling, confidentiality and any third-party processing requirements are addressed in the engagement before sensitive project information is shared.

Ongoing support and outcomes

Maintenance, campaign management and continuing optimisation require an agreed support scope. Delivering an asset or campaign does not guarantee a specific commercial or search outcome. Measures of progress and reporting are agreed for the work.
